We are known for our healthy, sustainable products such as cold-pressed juices, organic snacks, and plant-based meals. Our goal is to make the world a bit healthier with our nutritious and environmentally friendly products.
Job Description:
Wild and the Moon is looking for a driven Growth Hacker to join our B2B Sales team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for strategically applying growth hacking techniques to introduce and sell our products to large companies. You will develop creative sales strategies, manage the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closing, and build sustainable relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative growth hacking strategies to attract and retain new B2B clients.
- Identify and approach large companies and potential business partners.
- Manage the entire sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Optimize the customer journey and increase conversion rates through data analysis and customer insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to enhance brand awareness and product relevance.
- Monitor market trends and competition to support strategic decision-making.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in B2B sales and applying growth hacking techniques, preferably within the food or hospitality sector.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- An entrepreneurial and innovative attitude, with a passion for healthy and sustainable food.
- Ability to work independently and build a network of business clients.
