Our Commitment


We offer a selection of cold-pressed juices, vegetable drinks, smoothies, salads, soups, desserts, super bowls, and snacks to provide a healthy alternative to city dwellers.

Wild & The Moon products are homemade, made from fruits, vegetables, herbs, wild roots and plants, nuts, seeds, spices and superfoods, all from organic or responsible agriculture.

We do not use refined sugars, additives, preservatives, GMOs, gluten or dairy products.

Our recipes are inspired by the seasons, the ingredients we love, the trips that have taken us to other countries, meals shared with family or friends.

We have been drawing the flavors and ingredients from the depths of our childhood memories, along the paths taken by chance in life, and sprinkled them with herbalism and naturopathic secrets to create new nutritional alchemies rich in energy.

By adopting ancestral methods of preparation, we seek to preserve the very nature of the food, keeping it as close as possible to its original nutritional state to keep all its natural strength.

These techniques include, but are not limited to: soaking nuts, seeds and grains to remove toxic anti-nutrients; pre-germination, to revitalize them by increasing their enzymatic potential and facilitate their assimilation.

Fermentation, to increase the content of nutrients (vitamins, minerals and trace elements) and facilitate digestion. Dehydration, to preserve enzymes, vitamins and antioxidants. Cold pressing, to retain all vital nutrients and enzymes. You will feel the benefits, in particular a feeling of well-being and lightness, a clearer and radiant skin, a more alert mind.

Cold pressing

The hydraulic pressure cold extractor reproduces the chewing process, slowly crushing fruits and vegetables, thus avoiding heating and oxidation. Extraction standards such as centrifugation greatly degrade the ingredients by transforming them at several thousand revolutions/minute, which destroys fragile nutrients, vitamins, and enzymes. Cold pressing, on the contrary, preserves the food and keeps its nutritional qualities intact.


All our recipes are prepared in our kitchens. From almond milk, which is used to prepare smoothies, hot drinks, vegetable milk, or desserts, to vegetable crackers, we always start from the food in its pure form, thus guaranteeing ultra-fresh dishes without additives or preservatives.

No additives

We do not use any additives or chemicals, dyes, or preservatives. Our products are made entirely from organic products or sustainable agriculture, 100% natural.

Without conservation by HPP

This process of “high-pressure cold stabilization” (or High-Pressure Processing) consists in sterilizing the juices by immersing them in a bath of ice water at very high pressure so as to destroy all bacteria (but also vitamins and enzymes). increase the retention periods, beyond 3 days. Juice that is more than 3 days old is no longer considered fresh. At Wild, our juices are cold-pressed, without preservatives, and unpasteurized. Thus, fragile vitamins and enzymes remain intact. Their use-by date is then three days. The same goes for our vegetable milk.


Our recipes have been designed by chefs who are experts in plant “raw-vegan”, nutritionists and taste lovers, using only the best seasonal produce, grown and harvested by local farmers.

We absolutely seek to preserve healthy and sustainable agriculture, as well as the biodiversity of our planet. We also aim to produce zero waste and recycle whatever we can.

The fiber-rich pulp of our nut juices and milks, for example, is revitalized and transformed into light, healthy crackers extremely rich in pre-biotics.

NO PLASTIC! We use 100% biodegradable packaging right down to the label itself and its glue. Our plant-based plastic is made from corn starch and sugar cane using a low-energy process with low environmental impact. #goodfortheplanet

That our mission is first and foremost to educate the community, and we firmly believe that we have the power to change the world, meal by meal, because the only thing better than food that feels good is food that does good.

We prefer to have empty refrigerators at the end of the day rather than throwing in 20 salads and work with Too Good To Go who collects our unsold products every day to resell them at a lower price, in surprise baskets, after closing.

Emmanuelle Sawko (Emma)

Emmanuelle is a true Parisian. So when it comes to food, design or fashion, she knows what’s up. Over the past decade, this cosmopolite Frenchy has built a reputation as a global tastemaker in Paris, New York and Dubai. Curator, director and co-founder of Comptoir 102 in Dubai, a favourite of international travel guides and fashion magazines, the lifestyle concept store has quickly established itself as one of the best in the city.

Winner of the Harper’s Bazaar Design Award of the best furniture shop of the region and the What’s On award of the best Healthy Restaurant in Dubai, Comptoir 102 has become a reference for healthy eating and a hidden treasure for discerning shoppers.

Realising the strong potential of healthy food concepts in the local market, she’s decided to launch Wild & The Moon, pushing a little further with a chain of healthy grab and go.

She’s also funny and rock n roll! She parties hard and personally tried and tested many different recipes of hangover cure juices before approving one. That’s her secret to looking so fresh. She’s the creative brain behind the brand!

Hervé is a finance Jedi and a pretty decent Thai boxer too.

Former partner at Rothschild Investment Bank, he has developed his expertise in France, the UK, USA and UAE, where he was the head of this region, based in Dubai. A cosmopolite carreer that allowed him to build a significant experience in the hospitality, leisure and consumer goods sectors with a focus on hotels and restaurants.

While living in New-York, his interest in raw and vegan food grew on him, hand in hand with his sports addiction. Now a passionate advocate, Hervé strongly believes that increased knowledge and education around plant-based food, fitness and healthy living has the power to positively change our society.
